Being married for 20+ years can be difficult; when your spouse is diabetic, it can be even more difficult. I have been nurse, parent, coach, mind-reader, and researcher (in addition to friend, lover and wife). Am I too bossy or not caring enough? Should I help with his insulin? Do I let him go so low that he almost dies? It is a never-ending, never-winning struggle. This is my place to let it all out. Being Tom's Wife can be great and it can be frustrating. This is my life....
