and another diabetic wife

and, here is a young diabetic wife.....

http://adiabeticspouse.blogspot.com/

I hope her spirit stays great through the years
unfortunately, (?)
I remember those days
I thought I could help -- that it would get better (or at least not get worse!)
good luck Sandy -- hopefully your experience will be better
after all diabetic husbands are not the same

  1. Thank you! I am very lucky (well, kinda lol) my husband and I are an awesome team and he let's me nag him and help him and we do great at keeping him as healthy as possible with all of his medical issues. He is very open about his numbers etc so it makes it easier for me to do my job in helping him. :)

  2. wow...ummm...my husband has had t1d for over 20 yrs. No complications an no major mood swings. I don't think I am "lucky" just who he really is hasn't been masked by type 1 diabetes. I hope many of you know that there are many adults living with diabetes that don't have such issues. I don't say this to be rude or condemn, but to maybe allow others to be hopeful instead of scared.
